The Bestwayï?½ Flowclear ï?½ 2,600 gal./9,841 L sand filter is a very effective and environmentally friendly way to keep your above-ground pool water clean. This solution is more economical because the pump uses silica sand rather than a traditional filter cartridge. While the cartridges must be changed every 2 weeks, the silica sand lasts up to 3 years. Sand captures dirt and debris while a strainer basket with pre-filter catches larger items, allowing the pump to last longer. The filter is also equipped with a ChemConnect ï?½ dispenser which guarantees clean and healthy water by providing a stable and homogeneous chlorine level in the pool.

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Larger items may be picked up if faulty.

European Union Customers
You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return an item for any reason, provided it’s in original, unused condition.

Refunds
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
