You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@marahkids.com. If approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Larger items may be picked up if faulty.

European Union Customers
You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return an item for any reason, provided it’s in original, unused condition.

Refunds
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
