The automatic heating function activates in low outdoor temperatures to keep the internal system between 6 degree celsius and 10 degree celsius preventing freezing and damage to the hot tub.

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Damages or Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Larger items may be picked up if faulty.

Refunds
